  • PRE-K 5K

    The Pre-K 5K is a 6-Week program designed specifically for members who desire a much slower and gentler approach to training. Participants begin mostly by walking and gradually transition to interval running.

    Fall 2025 Training Begins October 13.

  • Winter Couch to 5K

    This 10–12-week beginner-friendly training begins early February 2026. Groups are generally comprised of 5-10 participants who meet 2-3 days per week to complete coached run training.  The training is designed to help new runners comfortably complete a 5K race.

    Program includes race fees performance incentives.

  • 10K Training

    After successful completion of 5K training, groups continue to increase weekly mileage to complete 10K race of their choice.

    With a minimum running distance of 2 miles, this 8-Week Program is designed to help runners safely complete a 10K race.
