    Bizkit’s Playground 5K Walk-Run Training Group is designed for walkers and runners who want to build endurance, confidence, and consistency in a supportive group environment. Whether you’re starting with walking, returning after time off, or working toward your first (or next) 5K, this program meets you where you are and helps you progress safely.

    Participants will take part in coached group sessions that include dynamic warm-ups, walk-run intervals, pacing guidance, and cool-downs. The program focuses on gradual progression, injury prevention, and building a strong aerobic base, with the option to continue toward 10K distance training.
