Run United Couch to 5K [February 17 - April 25]

The Couch to 5K Program is designed to help you safely and confidently complete a 5K race. This structured 8-week training plan culminates with the Run United 5K on April 25. Whether you’re building on existing momentum or stepping into running for the very first time, this program meets you exactly where you are.

Participants train 2–3 times per week in coached group sessions that include dynamic warm-ups, guided run intervals, cool-downs, and supplemental strength, flexibility, and balance work. Each session is intentionally designed to reduce injury risk while promoting steady, sustainable progress. Along the way, you’ll learn pacing strategies, running safety fundamentals, and gear essentials so you feel comfortable, confident, and prepared on race day.

Every workout supports runners of all abilities and fosters a community that values effort, consistency, and progress over perfection. No matter your starting point, each step is made achievable and encouraging. Whether your goal is to finish strong or to build lasting, healthy habits, this training provides the structure, accountability, and support to get you there.

Race entry and coaching are included, giving you everything you need to stay motivated, keep improving, or begin your running journey alongside a team that has your back
