Completed a 5K and want the fun to continue? Beyond the 5K is a MONTHLY group training program for runners who enjoy running and want to keep building strength, endurance, and confidence—without training for a specific race.
This program is designed for runners who are already comfortable running a 5K and are ready for more variety and structure. Training includes off-course runs, hills, speed intervals, long slow distance, and runner-specific strength work, all done together in a supportive group environment.
No race required. No pressure. Just consistent, coached training that helps you become a stronger, more resilient runner while staying connected to community.
Program includes three training sessions per week at 7:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 9 am on Saturdays.
