Train for two spring 5Ks and rediscover your stride with this 12-week, beginner-friendly program designed to build endurance, confidence, and consistency. You’ll prepare first for the Aiken Triple Crown 5K (March 7) and then continue four more weeks of guided training toward the Run United 5K (April 25). Participants meet 2–3 times per week for coached group runs, dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and strength, flexibility, and balance exercises to prevent injury and improve performance. Along the way, you’ll learn running safety, pacing, and gear essentials while training with a supportive community that celebrates every milestone.

To keep motivation high, runners who improve their Triple Crown finish time by at least one minute at the Run United 5K will receive a $25 Performance Incentive—a well-earned reward for dedication and progress.

Race entries, coaching, and incentives are all included—everything you need to go from starting line to strong finish, twice.
