Rediscover your stride and resilience with a 12-week, beginner-friendly running program designed to build endurance, confidence, and consistency. This journey unfolds in two six-week phases: you’ll train for the Aiken Triple Crown 5K (March 7) in Session 1, then build on that momentum through Session 2 as we guide you toward a strong finish at the Run United 5K (April 25).
Participants meet 2–3 times per week for coached group runs, dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and strength, flexibility, and balance exercises that help prevent injury and support sustainable progress. Along the way, you'll learn pacing strategies, running safety, and gear essentials—everything you need to run comfortably, confidently, and at your own pace.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll train with a supportive community that celebrates growth, encourages consistency, and shows up for each other every step of the way. Whether you’re brand new to running or starting again after time away, this program meets you where you are and guides you forward.
To keep motivation high, runners who improve their Triple Crown finish time by at least one minute at the Run United 5K will earn a $25 Performance Incentive—a well-earned reward for dedication and progress.
Race entries, coaching, and incentives are all included.
Everything you need to reconnect with your stride, build your resilience, and finish strong
