Missed Session 1? No problem. Session 2 is designed to help you continue your journey or begin a brand-new one with a supportive 6-week training plan leading up to the Run United 5K on April 25. Whether you’re carrying momentum forward or stepping into running for the first time, this program meets you exactly where you are.

Over six weeks, participants meet 2–3 times per week for coached group runs, dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and strength, flexibility, and balance exercises that help prevent injury and promote steady, sustainable progress. You’ll learn pacing strategies, running safety, and gear essentials to help you feel comfortable, confident, and prepared for race day.

Every session is built to support runners of all levels. You’ll be training in a community that celebrates effort, encourages consistency, and makes each step feel achievable—no matter your starting point. Whether you're aiming to finish strong or looking to build healthy habits that last, Session 2 gives you the structure and accountability you need.
